Ingredients

1 c mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 pkg. yeast
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1/3 c. shortening
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil and mash potatoes.
Measure 1 cup into bowl.
Add milk, sugar, shortening and well beaten eggs.
Raise yeast in lukewarm water about 10 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.
