Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. hot water
    1 c. honey
    3/4 c. oil (vegetable oil)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    4 to 5 c. whole wheat flour
    7 to 9 c. white flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water; add 1 teaspoon sugar and set aside.
    Put hot water, honey, oil and salt in large pan; mix well.
    Add yeast.
    Make sure mixture is not too hot when adding yeast.
    Add flour and knead until soft and elastic.
    Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Knead.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Work out and put in pans.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for the last 20 minutes or until brown and baked.
