Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 oz. pkg. Pillsbury refrigerator sugar slice and bake cookies
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    assorted fruits (strawberries, bananas, grapes, etc.)
    1/3 c. apricot preserves
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cut cookie dough into slices 1/8-inch thick.
    Line
    a 14-inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping slightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Spread over cool crust.
    Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
    Glaze with combined preserves and water.
    Chill.
