Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    5 ribs celery
    1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    14 oz. can diced stewed tomatoes
    14 oz. can cut green beans
    14 oz. clear beef broth
    14 oz. can carrots
    1 lb. ground round, uncooked
    1 1/2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    2/3 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Blend part of the water and all of the celery together.
    Add to the rest of the water and place in large pot.
    Run knife in the cans of green beans and carrots to chop them up.
    Add all ingredients to pot.
    Crumble the ground beef (uncooked) and add it to the pot.
    Add salt and pepper if desired.
