Swirl Of Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 (4 oz.) box Hershey's sweet chocolate
    3/4 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
Preparation
    Stir vanilla wafer crumbs and butter until thoroughly blended; press into sides of 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine chocolate (broken into sections) and 1/4 cup evaporated milk in small saucepan; place over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted.
    Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl until smooth; blend in sugar, flour and vanilla.
    Add egg; beat until blended.
    Gradually beat in remaining 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
    Remove 1 cup batter; stir into melted chocolate.
    Pour chocolate batter into crust.
    Carefully pour remaining vanilla batter over chocolate batter. Gently swirl batter with a spoon.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or just until center is set.
    Cool; chill thoroughly.
