Spanish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 pimiento stuffed large olives, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1/3 c. oats
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the beef, 1/3 cup of the sauce and the remaining ingredients.
    Spread in an ungreased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Spread remaining tomato sauce over loaf.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
