Sweet And Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
2 pkg. frozen green beans (fresh or canned)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. butter or fat
onion, to taste
crumbled crisp bacon, to taste
Preparation

Combine the water, beans, salt, pepper, bay leaf and cloves in saucepan.
Cover and cook over low heat 3 minutes less than package directions.
Drain; add sugar, vinegar, butter or fat, onion and bacon.
Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove bay leaf and serve.
