Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    8 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast in 1/2 cup water.
    Sift flour and salt. Add sugar
    and shortening.
    Mix well.
    Add as much warm water as needed
    to\tmake
    stiff dough.
    Work well and put in large greased bowl.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Make into rolls and\tlet rise
    until
    double
    in
    size.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
