Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
10 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add all wet ingredients. Mix well.
Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 for cake, 20 minutes for cupcakes.
