Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cloves, ground
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. dates, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 c. pumpkin
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Make a well in dry ingredients and add eggs, pumpkin, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix all together and pour into coffee cans about 1/2 full.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool and remove from cans.
    (May use loaf pans.)
