Guacamole Tostaditas(Tortilla Chips Topped With Avocado) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (7-inch) corn tortillas, cut into rounds
    vegetable oil
    1 firm avocado
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. chopped chili pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh coriander
    1/4 c. finely chopped tomato
Preparation
    Cut each corn tortilla into 4 rounds with a 2 to 2 1/2-inch cutter.
    Arrange the tortilla rounds in one layer on baking sheet, cover them with towel and let stand for 1 hour.
    Fry in vegetable oil in a heavy skillet for 30 seconds in batches.
    Drain on paper towel and sprinkle them with salt.
