Oriental Style Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of ground ginger
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
Preparation
    Boil chopped carrots for 6 minutes.
    While cooking, mix soy sauce, sugar, lemon and ginger in a separate dish.
    Add pea pods with carrots; cook 4 more minutes.
    Drain vegetables and pour separate mixture over vegetables and serve.
