German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients with mixer until well mixed.
    Add more milk to make very thin batter (3/4 to 1 cup).
    Fry on very hot griddle with thin layer of shortening.
