Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 c. finely diced, peeled (with no seeds) or shredded zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream the margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Sift all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, along with zucchini.
Pour mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over top, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
