Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. water or broth
    1 c. cream of onion or celery soup
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
    1/2 c. milk
    cooked frozen green peas (optional)
Preparation
    Cut up chicken.
    Cook rice in broth or water.
    Mix onion soup, creamed soup and 1/2 cup milk with rice.
    Butter a casserole dish and place rice mixture in dish.
    Cover with chicken pieces.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
