Canned Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 gal. apples
    4 lb. sugar
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Stir in apples. Mix well and let stand 10 minutes.
    Pack in jars.
    Process 5 pounds pressure for 8 minutes.
