Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked squash, drained
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 egg
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in a large casserole dish for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
