Orange Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oranges
    2 carrots, cut into chunks
    1 green pepper, seeded and quartered
    1 small onion (optional)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove the thin peel from 1/2 orange; reserve.
    Remove peel from all oranges and discard.
    Quarter oranges in food processor along with reserved peel, carrots, green pepper and onion. Process until coarse.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Cover and chill in refrigerator (several hours before serving).
