Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag carrots, sliced
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 can Bisque tomato soup
Preparation
    Slice carrots and cook in salted water for 7 minutes.
    Drain and add remaining ingredients.
    Place in covered dish to marinate.
