Polly'S Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, browned
    1 onion, browned
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom
    1 pkg. Mozzarella, grated or whole
    shake of Parmesan on top
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
