Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Bake 1 hour in an oiled loaf pan in a moderate oven about 350\u00b0 until done.
