Oven Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop popcorn; place in large oven roasting pan.
    Combine brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling; boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add baking soda; mix well.
    Pour mixture over popcorn, mixing well to coat evenly.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 250\u00b0; stir every 10 minutes.
    Cool on wax paper covered counter.
