Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. American cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Milnot milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Add broccoli and onion to 5 cups hot water and boil 10 to 12 minutes.
    Add seasonings and cheese.
    Stir while cheese melts.
    Add milks and margarine.
    Stir and heat to boil.
    Slowly add 1/2 cup cold water and flour.
    Stir into hot mixture until thick.
