Crusty Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Peel, slice and cook sweet potatoes; drain.
    Add sugar, salt, 1/3 stick margarine, vanilla, milk and eggs.
    Mix or mash and whip by hand and pour into casserole.
    Top with topping of brown sugar, flour, margarine and chopped nuts.
    Mix all together and spread over potato mixture.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown to make crunch topping.
