Barbecued Pork And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baked beans in tomato sauce (no pork)
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    4 to 5 oz. lean rib pork chops
    prepared mustard
    catsup
    lemon juice
    non-caloric liquid sweetener
    1 onion, sliced
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Combine baked beans in tomato sauce (no pork) and 2 tablespoons chopped onion.
    Place in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Trim fat off 4 to 5 ounces lean rib pork chops.
    Season. Spread generously with prepared mustard and catsup.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and non-caloric liquid sweetener.
    Place over beans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Top each chop with 1 onion, sliced and 1 lemon slice. Secure with wooden pick.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
