Ingredients

1 c. consomme soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 loaf French bread
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
butter
3/4 can water
Preparation

Saute onions in a small amount of butter.
Add soup and 3/4 can water.
In bottom of bowl, add large pieces of French bread. Pour soup mixture over bread.
Top with cheese.
Brown in oven.
