Poppy Seed Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
40 to 50 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken.
Cut in bite-size pieces.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Crumble the crackers coarsely.
Melt butter.
Add butter and poppy seed to crackers.
In lightly greased casserole dish, layer chicken, soup mixture and crackers.
Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
