Bread Stuffing For 200 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    35 loaves bread
    3 lb. onions, chopped
    2 bunches celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    1 box Bell's seasoning
    2 lb. margarine
    4 c. turkey stock
    water (as much needed to mix stuffing well)
Preparation
    Divide bread between two 10-gallon containers equally.
    Divide other ingredients.
    Mix, swish, mix and swish and mix until all bread (broken) is absorbed by moisture.
    Taste and add dry ingredients if necessary.
    Makes about 4 large pans (rectangle turkey roasters).
    Bake approximately 2 1/2 hours.
    Cover pans with foil for first 1 1/2 hours, then uncover to brown top.
