Salsa Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. boneless pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (16 oz.) jars chunky salsa
2 (15 oz.) cans extra spicy chili beans
1 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 oz. (1/2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add pork and onion; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
Stir in salsa and beans.
Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is tender and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally.
