Crazy Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    water
    1 small pkg. macaroni
    1 c. onion
    butter
    1 can mushrooms (small)
    black olives (for Italian food)
    green chilies (for Tex-Mex food)
    1 (4 oz.) bottle sweet or dill relish
    1 small jar pimentos
    4 boiled eggs, grated
    1/2 to 1 can pineapple chunks (Hawaiian food)
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Heat water to boil, add macaroni and onion.
    Cook until tender; drain and wash.
    Cover with butter.
    Add mushrooms, black olives, green chilies, relish, pimentos, boiled eggs and pineapple chunks.
    Cover with mayonnaise.
    Serve cold.
