Pear Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled and grated pears
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients except sugar in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in center.
In another container, combine oil, eggs, sugar, pears and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake in a 325\u00b0
oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Keep bread wrapped for freshness.
Can be frozen.
