Peanut Butter Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
Preparation

Cream the margarine and peanut butter.
Gradually add half of the sugar, beating well.
Add remaining sugar alternating with milk, beating until smooth enough to spread.
Add vanilla and beat well.
Kids love this on cupcakes.
