"No Peek" Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 small can mushrooms, do not drain
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place in a Dutch oven; stir.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Do not peek!
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    (May cook in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours on low.)
