Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chopped onion
2 ribs sliced celery
1 green pepper, diced
2 c. rice
2 cans chicken broth
1 chicken, cut into 1/4 or 1/8
2 Tbsp. oil
paprika
garlic powder to taste
Preparation
-
Saut onion, celery and pepper in oil until tender.
Place in roasting pan.
Spread 2 cups uncooked rice over vegetables.
Pour chicken broth over all.
Place chicken pieces on top and season with garlic powder and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
