Shrimp Boat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves unsliced Italian bread
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shrimp or crabmeat
Preparation

Hollow out one loaf of bread.
Break apart or cut the removed part and second loaf of bread into bite size pieces.
Combine mayo, cheese, crab and onion in baking dish.
This step can be done ahead and refrigerated until needed.
Bake dip mixture at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (until hot).
Pour into hollowed out bread. Serve surrounded by bread pieces for dipping.
