Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk pineapple
    1 large can apricots, sliced
    2 cans mandarin oranges
    2 c. pear halves
    1 small can maraschino cherries
    2 c. seedless grapes
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. mint (if desired)
Preparation
    Pour juice off all fruit.
    Layer fruits, coconut and cherries to garnish.
    Add additional juice if mixture seems too dry. Refrigerate.
    Add mint, if desired.
