Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sour milk
1 c. mashed banana
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, shortening and eggs.
Stir in milk and banana. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Blend together; add nuts.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Grease loaf pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
