Molded Cranberry And Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw cranberries
2 small oranges
1 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 pkg.)
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Wash and dry cranberries and oranges.
Peel the oranges, removing white membrane and seeds, then dice and add the sweetener.
Put the cranberries and 1 orange peel through the coarse blade of a food chopper.
Sprinkle the gelatin on the cold water to soften.
Dissolve the softened gelatin in boiling water and cool.
Add the cranberries and oranges to the gelatin and pour into molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Serve on lettuce, if desired.
Serves 6.
