Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can beef broth plus 2 bouillon cubes
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Brown pork chops, no flour.
    Wash rice; put in a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
    Lay pork chops on rice.
    Pour off grease in pan and add beef broth plus 2 bouillon cubes and 1/2 can water. Dissolve cubes, then pour over chops and rice.
    Cover with foil wrap and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
