Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked squash
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced pimento
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 well beaten egg
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs (additional; for topping)
Preparation

Cook squash until just tender. With 1 teaspoon sugar, mash well. Add other ingredients and top with the other 1/2 cup cracker crumbs. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
