Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 medium onion, chopped
dash of pepper
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
pinch of oregano
4 beaten eggs
Preparation

Pour oil from one jar of artichokes into frying pan and saute onion.
Drain other jar.
Chop artichokes into small bits and combine with other ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares. Serve hot or cold.
