Pork Tenderloin Medallions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pork tenderloin
    all-purpose flour
    salt
    black pepper
    Accent
    2 Tbsp. butter
    10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 to 1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Trim tenderloin.
    Cut into medallions about 1/2 inch thick. Flatten medallions with a meat mallet.
