Chicken Or Turkey Gourmet Holiday Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichokes or 3 cans
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    4 c. chopped chicken or turkey
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Cream butter, flour, salt, thyme, nutmeg and milk.
    Add bouillon cube and cheeses.
    Cook hearts if frozen; drain and put in a 2-quart buttered shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add chicken and mushrooms.
    Pour cream sauce over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 8.
