Baked Fish Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 large onion, sliced or diced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    16 oz. can tomatoes
Preparation
    Place fish in
    baking
    dish.
    Season
    fish fillets with salt and pepper.
    Saute
    vegetables
    in
    butter
    and pour over fish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven
    for
    15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Pour tomatoes overall and bake additional 15 minutes.
