Garden Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. ripe tomatoes
    1 qt. celery, stalk and leaves
    1 qt. onions
    3 c. water
    6 sweet pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dice peppers, onions and celery.
    Add water and cook 10 minutes.
    Add tomatoes which have been peeled and cut up and seasoned.
    Bring to a boil.
    Put in hot jars and process 25 minutes for pints and 35 minutes for quarts.
    Makes 10 pints.
