Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    dash of basil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in a buttered pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    I like to serve this with a cream sauce over it, or diluted cream of mushroom soup with peas.
