Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. French bread cubes, crusts removed
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
    1 egg (raw)
    1 large head romaine or leaf lettuce, chilled or spinach
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Crush 1/2 clove of the garlic and combine it in a jar with the salad oil.
    Cover the jar and refrigerate the garlic oil at least 1 hour.
    Heat 2 tablespoons of the garlic oil in a medium skillet. Add the bread cubes and saute them until they are browned, stirring often, and set them aside.
