Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 can pumpkin or squash
2/3 c. skim milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. oat bran
1 2/3 c. flour
Preparation

Cream the first 5 ingredients well together.
Pre-sift and gently fold in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or until muffins are done in a well-greased pan. Optional:
1 cup of raisins.
