Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. instant rice
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, egg and rice.
    Set aside.
    Pour tomato juice in large boiler; add sugar and garlic salt.
    Bring to a boil. Roll ground beef into balls.
    Add to tomato juice.
    Cook for about 35 minutes or until meat is well done.
