Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2 oz.)jars dried beef, cut up
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 to 3/4 c. toasted pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, in an electric mixer until well mixed, then fold in sour cream.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot with round buttery crackers.
